Keystone Commons' spacious and elegant independent living and assisted living apartments are offered on a month-to-month rental basis with no large upfront "entrance" or "endowment" fee. Our inclusive monthly fees cover 80% to 90% of the cost of living for most individuals. Our residents get so much for their money, and are free from the worries of household repair, upkeep and maintenance, meaning time can be spent on more important things, like favorite hobbies, interests, family and friends.

Independent Living and Assisted Living Service Packages

Inclusive and Affordable Independent Living and Assisted Living Monthly Service Packages include:

• rent;

• one main meal per day with an emphasis on fresh, nutritious foods;

• 24-hour security:

• biweekly housekeeping;

• state-of-the-art emergency response system;

• all utilities with the exception of personal telephone;

• basic cable TV;

• property taxes;

• free use of community laundry facilities;

• apartment maintenance;

• scheduled transportation to shopping, medical appointments and group outings to cultural, recreational and sporting events;

• and free on-site activities, social events and holiday parties.

Assisted Living Monthly Service Package

Our Affordable Assisted Living Monthly Service Package also includes three meals a day and up to 1 1/2 hours per day of personal care assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing and medication monitoring.
