Show & Tell Of Dubai—Tuesday, September 7th
Stop in the activity room on Tuesday, September 7th at 2:00 for a show & tell from Sally’s recent trip to Dubai!  Should be very interesting for all!  Don’t miss it!

Chronic Condition Work Shop—Thursdays, Sept 9, 16, 23, 30 & Oct. 7 & 14 (1:30-4:00)
This 6 week workshop class deals with living with chronic conditions & how to live and manage those conditions.  This workshop provides tools to help you manager your symptoms, better communicate with your health care providers, reduce frustrations, fight fatigue, make daily tasks easier, use breathing exercises, reduce stress and anxiety and take control of your condition.  You will be given a book and CD of music with this class, the only fee is a $20.00 donation.  We just recently finished doing this workshop at Keystone Place and had great response from those who attended.  If you are interested please sign up on the Cedars activity board or call Emily at 319-389-3625 to sign up.  The class will  be held in the Cedars Private dining room.

Fall Family Night Dinner—Thursday, September 16th
Keystone Residents and family are invited to a special fall meal on Thursday, September 16th in the Cedars dining room.  2nd floor eats 5:00-5:45 and 1st floor eats 6:00-6:45.  Music will be provided by The Rock Hounds!  There will be a sign up sheet on the Cedars bulletin board or you can call or email Emily to RSVP at 319-389-3625 or erozinek@keystonesenior.com   Please limit guest to 2 per resident. 

Picnic in the Park—Monday, September 27th
Join us for a fun picnic lunch outing at the park weather permitting.  Lunch will be served family style at the park.   If you have questions please see Emily.  Lets hope for great weather again!

Fall Festival—Thursday, September 30th
We still need more rummage sale items for the fall festival!  If you have anything you would like to donate for the sale please contact Emily at 319-389-3625 or e-mail erozinek@keystonesenior.com  We also still need more vendors to have booths at the sale, if you know anyone who is interested have them contact Emily as well. The sale will be 10-2 on Thursday, September 30th.  We plan to have rummage sale items, bake sale, hot cider and hopefully misc vendors there as well.
