Renaissance West at North Bend Crossing independent living and assisted living apartments will be offered on a month-to-month rental basis with no large upfront “entrance”. Our inclusive monthly fees cover 80% to 90% of the cost of living for most individuals.

Independent Living Service Packages

The Independent Living Neighborhood at Renassiance West offers a variety of one- and two-bedroom independent living apartments, including a number of handicapped-accessible units. All apartments feature an appealing living room / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom(s) and bedroom(s), as well as ample closet space. Apartments are also equipped with: scald proof hot water controls; slip proof showers and assistance bars; smoke detectors; carpeting; an emergency call system; individual temperature controls for heat and air conditioning; garbage disposals; dishwashers; and hook ups for washer/dryer and many apartments will have a patio or balcony.

The monthly rent for each apartment, which covers most cost of living expenses, includes the following inclusive package of services:

• One primary meal per day served restaurant-style with numerous daily menu options in our magnificent main dining room;
• Twenty-four hour staffing and emergency call system;
• Scheduled group transportation to shopping, medical appointments and outings to recreational activities, cultural events, and social gatherings;
• Housekeeping every other week
• Wellness and health promotion services;
• On-site recreational activities including arts and crafts activities, planned social, cultural and entertainment events;
• Routine apartment repair and maintenance;
• All utilities except personal phone service;
• Property taxes;
• Basic cable TV service;
• Free community laundry rooms;

Assisted Living Service Package

The Assisted Living Neighborhood at Renaissance West offers spacious apartment-style one-bedroom and two-bedroom conventional assisted living units and a limited number of Alzheimer’s and memory care units. All of the conventional assisted living apartments feature: a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink and cabinets; individual bathrooms and a living room. Renaissance West Alzheimer’s/memory care state-of-the- art units have been designed based upon research regarding how to better accommodate the daily living activity challenges faced by memory-impaired individuals. Our Alzheimer’s/memory care assisted living units are located in a separate, distinct, secure neighborhood.

Our assisted living apartments are offered on a rental basis with inclusive monthly fees which cover between 80%-90% of the cost of living for most individuals. Services covered include:

• 3 delicious meals per day with emphasis on nutrition (room service available when ill)
