Meet the Staff

Beth Cardillo, Executive Director
Dear potential new residents and family members,
Welcome to Keystone Commons and I am honored that you have chosen to take a look at our great community. What makes Keystone great? Well for starters, we have a great team here and have worked hard to bring you an array of services above & beyond what other communities offer.
My greatest pleasure is to help families and potential residents put the pieces together to make a great fit. As a Licensed Social Worker, I have been trained to work with families and residents, especially in times when emotions run high, and when life altering decisions need to be made. My number one concern is for the health and well being for our residents, and for families to feel comfortable and secure knowing they have made the right decision to join the Keystone Community.
In today’s society we are no longer are able to have mom, dad or grandma live with us like my grandma did with my family, or as yours did. Most adult children are working, (husband and wife), so it’s no longer feasible for a relative move in with us, and we no longer are a society where we live next door, down the street, or across town from relatives. Most likely, we, or our siblings, live across the state, or even across the country, which makes the concerns we have regarding our family members even more paramount! So, you have my promise that we will look after you or your family member as we would our own family. I take pride in knowing every resident and their families, and will work with you every step of the way in making Keystone Commons a reality for you!
Keystone Commons has added Sundance Rehabilitation Services as part of our team. Their office is located right in our building! This comprehensive service includes physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy so residents do not need to go to in-patient rehabilitation when recuperating from surgery. This has made a huge difference, as we know we heal better and faster when in our own home.
We are pleased to belong to the Western Massachusetts Elder Care Professional Association which enables us to know just about all the services available to residents in the area and we also contract with many agencies so we know we can get you additional services when you need them.
Whether you’re looking for Independent, Assisted Living or Memory Care, we have it all, in one building. My new motto, especially for couples is “you may not age at the same pace, but you can age at the same place” as we provide flexibility for what best suits your needs. My door is always open for all of you, and can be reached by telephone, cell or e-mail anytime of the day! Really! I look forward to talking with you.
Sincerely,
Beth Cardillo
