Club Keystone–A Symbol of Our Commitment

As a symbol of our commitment to provide our residents with a happier, healthier and more active lifestyle, Keystone Senior presents Club Keystone. This club, available at no charge to all Keystone Senior residents, provides the basis for all activities and events at our communities.

Club Keystone activities include the many and varied programs, events, physical, educational and social activities every day at Keystone Senior. However, as a Club Keystone member, you will experience so much more. Want to get involved as a volunteer? We will help arrange that for you. Always wanted to take piano or painting lessons? Let us help set that up. Interested in a riverboat gambling trip? Let’s do it! French lessons? Oui, Mademoiselle. We could go on, but you get the point. As a Club Keystone member not only will you be able to take part in the many group activities offered at your community, but you will know you can count on us to help you pursue whatever your interests are.

Exercise Programs:

Roll & Stroll Walking Club Daily Tai Chi on Tuesdays, Yoga on Thursdays, Chair Exercises on Wed. and Fridays

Religious programs:

T.V. Mass every Sunday Pastor Barbara…Foster Memorial Church 10/7 Pastor Larry…Hymns & Bible every other Monday Alice on Paino…Hymns every other Monday Mass…Third Tuesday Prayer and Praise Service…4th Wednesday Communion Service 10:00 a.m. on Mondays

Other Activities:

Activities are offered 7 days a week, on average 5 x’s a day…including, exercise, tai chi, yoga, church services, bingo, cardo, pokeno, outings, lunch trips, movies, popcorn, arts & crafts, Wii Exercise, numerous entertainment type programs, free manicures, shopping, coffee & muffin socials, Dunkin Donut Socials, baking, intergenerational programs, volunteer opportunities, educational programs, group crosswords, seasonal trivia and a full service Salon, open 5x’s a week The Residents at Grayson House Assisted Living also run their own groups such as, the jigsaw puzzle group, Days Gone By old Radio Programs, Net Flix Pick your own Movies, card groups, friendly visitors to new residents, walking groups, golf putting & horseshoes, gardening group, to name a few!

Shopping Cart on Thursdays, Money Bingo, Arts & Crafts, Coffe & Muffin Socials, Trivia, Baking Group, Manicures, Halloween Card Making, Water Color Painting, Cookie and Cocoa Social, Dunkin Dounut Social, Quilt project, Cardo, Puzzles/Games, & Resident Meeting Movies This Month: Take the Lead, Leatherheads, Documentaries, Mad Money, “W”, The Bucket List, I’ll Do Anything, Made of Honor, Blades of Glory, Old Time Sitcoms, Because I Said So, Laws of Attraction, In Good Company, The Visitor
