All of our independent living apartments will be “fully-loaded.” The independent living apartments will feature a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, four-burner stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Residents will have a large living room/dining area; spacious bedroom(s); individual temperature controls; and ample closet space; stackable washer/dryers in each apartment; and many apartments will have a patio or balcony.
Our conventional assisted living suites will feature a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, and cabinets; individual bathroom(s); private bedroom(s); a living room area; individual temperature controls; and ample closet space.

Special common areas for residents’ use would include:

An attractive, spacious lobby/living room area
Elegant dining rooms for independent and assisted living residents
Living room / TV room
A fitness center
Activities / crafts / multipurpose rooms
Beauty / barber shop
Outdoor activities area, including area for dining
Courtyard
Indoor heated swimming pool
Pub
Putting green

Care and Service

Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge independent living and assisted living apartments will be offered on a month-to-month rental basis with no large upfront “entrance” or “endowment” fee. Our inclusive monthly fees cover 80% to 90% of the cost of living for most individuals.

Independent Living and Assisted Living Service Packages

Inclusive and Affordable Independent Living and Assisted Living Monthly Service Packages include:

rent;
one meal per day served daily in a restaurant style dining room with an emphasis on fresh, nutritious foods.;
24-hour security:
biweekly housekeeping;
state-of-the-art emergency response system;
all utilities with the exception of personal telephone;
basic cable TV;
property taxes;
free use of community laundry facilities;
apartment maintenance;
scheduled transportation will be provided to shopping, medical appointments and recreational and cultural activities;
and exciting on-site social events activities and holiday parties.

Assisted Living Monthly Service Package

The assisted living apartment monthly rental fees include: all the services provided to independent living residents. In addition, the assisted living monthly fee includes three meals per day with an emphasis on fresh, nutritious foods; 24-hour security; weekly housekeeping and weekly flat linen service. The assisted living base rate at Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge includes up to 2 ½ hours of personal care per week. Personal care services covered by this 2 ½ hours of care per week includes medication reminders and administration, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming. Residents needing personal care services requiring more then 2 ½ hours of care per week or wheelchair assistance or incontinence management will be charged Level II or Level III assisted living service rates based upon an in-depth health care assessment. The assisted living apartments will be the largest in the area and in some cases from 50% to 75% larger then those found in other area assisted living communities.
