Jami Bray has been dedicated to serving residents of long-term care services since 1994. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the long-term care industry, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, and independent living services.

Jami serves as the Senior Director within Keystone Senior, LLC and the Executive Director of Keystone Meadows, Assisted Living Residence and Keystone Gardens, Independent Living Residence in Decatur, IL. He has been in this position since January, 2000, where he has helped to establish Keystone Meadows and Keystone Gardens as a premier retirement community in Decatur, IL. Jami was the catalyst in achieving Keystone Meadows’ first Assisted Living License from the Illinois Department of Public Health in January 2002.

Jami believes that servant leadership is the key to promoting a healthy environment for the staff and the Residents of Keystone Meadows and Keystone Gardens. His goal is to continue to set the standard of excellence in assisted living and independent living services, which is evident by outstanding results from Resident Satisfaction Surveys.

In May 2003, Jami earned a Masters Degree, in Business Administration from Millikin University, Decatur, IL. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Christian Business Administration from Lincoln Christian College, Lincoln, IL in 1995.

Debbie Lowe currently serves as the Community Relations Director of Keystone Meadows Assisted Living Residence and Keystone Gardens, Independent Living Residence in Decatur, IL. Debbie has been instrumental in establishing Keystone Meadows and Keystone Gardens as a premier retirement community in Decatur since she began in June, 1999.

Debbie has been committed to help establish and achieve quality standards and systems to inform and communicate the advantages of Assisted Living and Independent Living services. Debbie has a passion to listen and connect with seniors who can benefit from assisted living and independent living services.
