Keystone Meadows
Each year most of us make "New Year’s Resolutions." One of the popular resolutions that most of us make, is to exercise a little bit more. Keystone Meadows plans to help you achieve your goal. We have Light n’ Lively scheduled six days a week at 10:00. It is a great time to get fit in the new year!
Keystone Oaks
On Monday, January 23, we are heading to Brown County not only for a scenic drive, but we will also have lunch at The Nashville House, famous for its fried biscuits and apple butter! We may even pick up some grapefruit candy while we are there!
Keystone Gardens
Some of the highlights for January are "Breakfast Out" on January 6 and the trip to Par-a-Dice River Boat in Peoria on January 13. As usual, we have several events planned for our Residents to enjoy. Have a Happy New Year!
Keystone Ridge
Keystone Ridge is starting an exciting weekly activity in January! Every Thursday night, you can join in on our "Dancing with the Stars" TV night. Pick your favorite ballroom dancing team and cheer them on every Thursday! You can learn the various styles of dance with our handy guide, and soon you will be jiving with the best of them!
Keystone Cedars
On January 13 we will have the "Fruit Basket Mix Up", a wonderful opportunity for residents to socialize and get to know each other better. Each Resident will receive a name tag to wear for the lunch meal. Names will be drawn out of a basket and placed at random tables to facilitate a new and interesting "mix" of dining partners.
"Beat the Winter Blues" day is great fun. Residents wear all blue clothing, eat blue themed snacks in the afternoon, and listen to the Jazz band "RJ Blue"! Other theme days that the Residents help pick out include neck tie day, crazy hair, and make-up day! Should be fun!
