On display will be a photo exhibit called, "Through Our Loving Eyes" Eight Residents volunteered to share pictures they had taken, following instruction with a simple camera, taking pictures of their favorite things that caught their eyes in the Assisted Living milieu. Their work will be exhibited for all to enjoy!
The Residents at Grayson House A.L. love to make hand-stamped greeting cards for family and friends. They will go one step further and create hand-made cards for a special project "Cards for Troops to Send Home". Our troops need cards to send home to their loved ones to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, as well as sympathy and thank you cards. Our goal for this effort will be to send 100 hand-made cards. We will continue this project as long as our troops are fighting for our freedom!
On September 25, we welcome all wheel chairs in our 1st annual "Wheel Chair Wash". Walkers, canes and any assisted devices are also welcome to come down for a squeaky, fall cleaning shine!
