1. Van transport to : medical appointments 2 1/2 days per week; to church and synagogue services every weekend; to recreational trips. To grocery stores every Monday a.m.
2. Free Hearing services 1x/mo with Beltone.

RELIGION;

2. Ecumenical Service 1x/ mo with our own Rev Charles Summers; communions with bible study and prayer.
3. Pastor Greg Dyson from American Baptist Church; scripture study, prayers, and sharing what’s going on in the Springfield Community with his outreach.
4. Rosary every Wednesay a.m., run by our residents.
5. Transportation to Catholic/Protestant & Jewish services every weekend.
FITNESS
1. Chair yoga every Monday at 1pm
2. Chair exercise with Director Reenie Harwell once a week.
3. Weight Training every Thursday with professional instructor; creates and follows individual training plans for each attendee.
4. Walking club – on=going, weather permitting weekly.
5. Nature Walk, 5/18; fitness and learning.

7. Spa Day, 5/30; beautician Patti Morin joins LE Director in presenting Hair care for seniors, facials, hand massage in the a.m., then Yoga instructor Lyn Hopkins will offer a seated yoga class followed be meditation.
8. Billy McBride Special: fun fitness and community building, and on-going program, 4 sessions on Wednesdays. Mr. Mc Bride is a coach at Amherst college, for 49er and a community building/motivational speaker. He joins with the keystone team to give a very special interactive day!
9. Arthritis Improvement program with sundance rehab; runs 6 weeks, twice a week. this is our second round with this arthritis/joint improvement exercise program. The class is certified by the Arthritis Assoc of america and given by p.T. Paul mc Closkey of Sundance Rehab.
10. Mother’s facial party with Mary Kay counselor, 5/10 10am.
11. Make A kentucky Derby hatt, 5/3 & kentucky Derby party on 5/5/ and viewing of the race, 5:30pm
12. Mass Assoc of the Blind 5/11, informational 10am
13. Happy Hours, 2x/mo
CLUBS:
1.Men’s Club at Keystone. This Month will have a pizza and beer party and discuss how to use funds for community.
2. Table Francaise: french meal, music and converstaion in French, 5/25 12
3. The Garden Belles Women’s Club meets monthly, designs social activites and fundraising.
