1. Van transport to religious services Sat/Sundays

7. Transport to two local grocery stores every Monday a.m.
8. Shopping cart available with sundries every Wednesday 1 – 2:30pm, serviced by the Garden Belles Women’s Club.
9. Resident Council meets once a month.
10. Activity Planning Cttee meets once a month with LE Director,plans and suggestions.
FITNESS, SUMMER SCHEDULE:
1. “Chairercize” with the Director. Balance, stretching, strengthening, deep breathing techniques Mondays 1:30pm – 2:30pm.
2. Walking Club – on-going, weather permitting, around our property.
3. Warm water pool, YMCA every Thursday afternoon by app’t.
4. Weight training every Thursday 1:30pm. Professional Coach dedsign individual programs and oversees progress.
CLUBS:
1. Men’s Club of Keystone Woods, meet the first Friday of the month for planning events.
2. Garden Belles Women’s Club meet monthly, plan events for fund-raising and socials. Garden Belle’s elections every August.
3. Knitting Club of Garden Belles meet twice a month. Knitting projects for needy on-going. Currently making afghans.
RELIGION:
1. Mass once a month
2. American Baptist Church with Pastor Greg, once a month. Scripture and sharing times.
3. Rosary every Wed 10am.
4. Bible Study with our own Rev. Summers will return in the fall.
COGNITIVE:
1. American History every Tuesday. Studying the Civil War. Lecture and DVD format.
2. Cards games nightly 6:30pm. Scrabble & Trivia once a week.
3. Current Events once a week. Lively discussion.
4. New book presentation by author Durem Caldwell, title: “Tumultuous Affairs”, 7/13 2:30pm
5. Music Appreciation twice a month. Sharing and discussing various kinds of music, a music Potluck.
MOVIES:
1. Movie matinee Wednesday afternoons; new releases. Popcorn served.
2. Old Tyme comedy series shown on Sat afternoons, such as Red Skelton, Dean Martin, etc.
3. Travelogue to florence, Italy, 7/5, 1:30pm.
CRAFTS:
1. Make your Own Jewelry with professional instructor, 7/27 2pm.
2. Bake lemon meringue pies 7/9 9:30am. joining us will be two O.T. students who are working on their degrees.
GAMES:
1. BINGO three nites per week.
2. Pitch Saturdays 1:30pm.
3. Bridge, 65 and other games nightly.
4. Mah Jongg Tuesday nites.
HEALTH:
1. Low back Pain presentation on 7/16 1:30pm.
2. Introduction to Reflexology and Reiki with Reiki Master on 7/6 6:30pm
3. Reiki by appointment 7/8 starting at 1:30pm.
4. Chair Massage with Massage Therapist Gina Welch by appointment, senior rate.
TRIPS:
1. Dinner out to the “Brown cow” a new restaurant run by friends of Keystone 7/7, 4pm
2. Swim and picnic at local recreation area with fresh water pond, 7/14, 3 – 7pm.
3. joining Keystone Commons at the beautiful Quabbin Reservoir for picnic with views, 7/10 11am

OTHER:
1. Gardening in our raised beds on-going. Corn, tomatoes, beets, beans, flowers, etc. are growing beautifully. residents sign up for their own space in our beautiful garden areas. currently working on creating a memorial flower garden per request of the residents.
