Jennifer Glass

I grew up in Clarkston, Michigan, where I learned the values of hard work, family, and treating people with kindness. Family has always been at the center of my life, and I have been blessed to share the last 35 years with my husband. Together, we have raised two wonderful children and are proud grandparents to two beautiful grandchildren.

In 2015, my husband and I made the big move from Michigan to Bonita Springs, Florida, when he was offered a position as a Maintenance Director at an Assisted Living Community. I started my career in senior living as a Concierge and instantly fell in love with working with older adults. Their stories, wisdom, and life experiences inspired me every day. Through hard work, dedication, and a genuine love for serving others, I worked my way up and have been fortunate to grow into the role I hold today.

What I love most about my work is the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. My goal is to ensure that every resident is treated with the respect, dignity, and compassion they deserve. I want our residents to feel safe, valued, and proud to call our community home. Being a part of their lives and helping create an environment where they can thrive is both an honor and a privilege.

When I'm not at work, you'll often find me back in Michigan spending time with family and reconnecting with old friends. I also enjoy the beach, reading a good book, and challenging myself with jigsaw puzzles. Looking back on my journey, I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunities I've been given, the people I've met along the way, and the ability to do work that truly brings me purpose and fulfillment.

My greatest joy comes from family, and my greatest passion is making a positive difference in the lives of others.
