I was raised in Belleville IL. I grew up spending every weekend in the outdoors, camping and boating was my life. Spending quality time with my father fishing and hunting was some of my fondest memories.

I found a love for food at a very young age, fish fries and smoking our own deer sausage was where it all began. In high school I really started experimenting with baking and pastries. I decided to enroll myself into Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School after graduation.

I started my career working in fine dining, I truly learned what it took to give our customers an experience they would not forget. I entered into senior living after starting a family of my own. I sure have found my happy place! Every single resident becomes like a relative of my own. I can't wait to serve my residents with quality, yummy, and healthy food options!
