At Keystone Place at Bonita Springs we are focused on matching our supportive care to the needs of our residents. Before moving in, you will undergo a personalized assessment to determine your specific needs and to build a care plan that fits.

For our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, we offer caring assistance with daily living tasks not based on the medical model. This could include dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting assistance, transfer assistance, reminders for meds, med administration, reminders for social activities.

Our Independent Living residents do not receive supportive or medical care, but have full access to our life enrichment programs to encourage socialization, participation and active living. It is also not uncommon that your private practitioner may offer a service that will allow them to come to the community to offer care.

Our Directors of Nursing are trained to work directly with your primary care physician to help coordinate care and ready to provide assistance. Our Concierge can assist with setting up any third-party appointments (doctors, physical therapists, etc) for all residents, if desired.

We know that exercise, physical activity and access to therapy is vital to our residents. Keystone Place at Bonita Springs residents have access to our gym for exercise or to meet with a Physical Therapist. Though we do not provide on-staff Physical Therapists, we are pleased to make recommendations or coordinate referrals.

In case of emergencies, we do have qualified nursing staff present during the day, and on-call 24/7.

We know that safety matters!

At Keystone Place at Bonita Springs we maintain a private secure environment for each resident. Every one of our individual apartment suites is equipped with an emergency response system that may be used in case of an emergency or special need. Keystone Place at Bonita Springs also provides 24-hour personal services and emergency monitoring.

All Independent Living and Assisted Living Residents can enter and leave as they wish. Our Memory Care units are secured for the safety and security of the residents.

Though most exterior doors are locked after 8 pm, you (and your loved ones) will be able to access the building with your key or easy to remember access code. If you happen to forget your key or code, our helpful concierge or care staff will provide quick access.
