Christopher Badger – Executive Chef
I grew up in New England and joined the navy at the age of 18, right out of high school. I then traveled to world as a Culinary specialist on multiple US Navy submarines, working my way up to Chief Culinary Specialist as well as the rank of Chief Petty Officer. This is where I learned how to make everything from scratch! From fresh bread to desserts to delicious and nutritious main courses, you name it, I can do it all!
In addition to honing my culinary and leadership skills, I gained a lifelong passion with cooking for others. I believe when you feed the belly, you feed the spirit as well.
After 20 years of service, I retired to the Tampa area and immediately found a home in Senior dining. I receive extreme pleasure from knowing that my culinary creations increase the moral of all our residents. I enjoy delighting them daily!
